Freelance Amazon Graphic Designer (US BaSED APPLICANTS ONLY)

Lean Edge Marketing, is a boutique Amazon Marketing Agency with a variety of Clients from small start-ups to enterprise institutions. We come from digital marketing, direct response and CPG backgrounds and are self-professed “Amazon nerds.” We love being presented with challenges to which we can find solutions. We are currently searching for a talented freelance graphic designer, with working experience on Amazon. This is a remote position but is only open to US-based applicants (preference given to Graphic Designers based in VT).

Project Description:

The primary function of this role is to absorb the branding guides of our Clients design visuals that compel the Amazon customer to purchase that good. This includes making images for Product Detail Pages, A+ Content and working on Brand Stores. All visuals must comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service (TOS). Sometimes our designers need to photography products or apply labels to 3-D renderings of products. Experience with packaging and consumer products is helpful.

You will be responsible for studying client branding / product details and conducting competitor research. We also encourage designers to review conversion rates and set up A/B tests.

This position is remote and largely independent but will require frequent communication with our team and occasional Client or Team meetings. For this reason candidates will need to have some availability during normal business hours (Eastern Time).

Requirements:

Be based in the US / Eligible to Work in US
Graphic Design Degree or Relevant Industry Experience
Strong Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Skills
Strong Proofreading and Editing Skills
Strong Communications Skills
Strong Project Management Skills
Knowledge of Amazon’s TOS, Guidelines, Rules in relation to Listing copy/A+ Copy
Working Knowledge of Google Docs, Basecamp, Dropbox
Be Registered (or Willing to be Registered) as a Company within Home State
Carry Liability & Worker’s Compensation Insurance

Projects will be paid on an hourly basis ($25-$35 per hour depending on experience) or on a project basis.
